홍천군은 27일 오전 9시를 기점으로 고유가 피해 지원금 1차 지급을 위한 전담 접수 창구를 열고 본격적인 행정 지원에 돌입했다고 28일 밝혔다.

이번 1차 지급의 수혜 대상은 기초생활수급자(60만 원)와 차상위계층 및 한부모가정(50만 원)이다. 대상자는 오는 5월 8일까지 주소지 읍·면 행정복지센터를 직접 방문하거나, 카드사 누리집 및 모바일 애플리케이션(CHAK)을 통해 손쉽게 신청할 수 있다.

 

군은 신청 초기 창구에 인파가 몰려 발생할 수 있는 혼잡을 막기 위해 30일까지 출생 연도 끝자리를 기준으로 한 '신청 5부제'를 가동한다. 아울러 거동이 불편한 고령자와 중증 장애인을 배려해 직원이 직접 가정을 방문하는 '찾아가는 신청 서비스'를 병행하며 복지 사각지대 차단에 나선다.

 

접수 첫날 현장을 찾은 박광용 부군수는 홍천읍과 북방면 등 주요 거점 창구의 준비 상황을 꼼꼼히 점검했다. 박 부군수는 실무진들에게 신속하고 정확한 처리를 주문하는 한편, 대기 중인 군민들의 애로사항을 직접 청취했다.

한편, 일반 군민 70%를 대상으로 20만 원을 지급하는 2차 접수는 오는 5월 18일부터 본격적으로 시작될 예정이다.
